- ELIGIBILITY: The 2nd Annual Worldwide Numa Contest:
"They Call Me Crazy" (the "Contest") is open to anyone who is a legal resident of the country in which he/she resides and is at least thirteen (13) years of age at the time of entry and has Internet access as of the time of entry. Entrants 13 years of age up to age of majority in state/province/country of residence must obtain parental permission in order to enter. Parents/legal guardians of children under 13 years of age may enter on behalf of their children. This contest is void in any country, state or province where contests of this nature are prohibited or restricted by law or require registration. Employees of WiresAreMessy.com and BelowFree.com (the "Sponsors"), Jaeter Corporation, StupidVideos, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agencies, any of their respective partners (collectively, the "Sponsor Affiliates") and any of the members of their immediate family (defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren) and members of the same household of each are not eligible to win. - ONLINE REGISTRATION: The contest begins at 6:59 P.M. Central Time (CT) Zone in the United States on January 4, 2008, or 11:59 P.M. Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) on January 5, 2008, and ends at 11:59 P.M. (CT) on February 4, 2008 or 4:59 A.M. (GMT) on February 5, 2008 ("Submission Period"). Entrants are responsible for determining the corresponding time zone in their respective jurisdictions. To qualify to participate in the Contest, Entrants must first complete the on-line profile registration form at http://www.StupidVideos.com. Entrants must follow all instructions and complete the on-line registration form in its entirety.
- SUBMISSION OF ENTRY: To enter, entrants must upload their "They Call Me Crazy" video to www.stupidvideos.com. Music videos ("Video") must use the "Crazy Loop (Mm ma ma)" song in at least 75% of the Video. Video style may include anything deemed entertaining (e.g., real people, cartoons, animations, animals, puppets, etc.) Video must include some form Crazy Loop's dance style from the official Crazy Loop video http://stupidvideos.com/video/Numa_Crazy_Loop (mimic, reenactment, parody, impression, interpretation, etc.). Sponsors makes no representations that www.stupidvideos.com is appropriate or available outside the United States. Those who access the site from other countries do so at their own volition and are responsible for adhering to their local laws. Once entrants have completed the on-line profile registration (if they are not already a member), as indicated above on http://www.stupidvideos.com, they will be automatically logged into their profile account. If not logged in, entrants must log into their profile account via the profile login screen at http://stupidvideos.com/registration/ , There is no fee required to create an account with StupidVideos.. Once they are members, they may upload the Video and add it to the "They Call Me Crazy" contest page by selecting the "Numa Three They Call Me Crazy Contest" category, available on the video upload form. Only the registered stupidvideos.com account member will be considered the entrant even if other people are depicted/featured in the Video, along with the entrant. Directions will be provided online for the format requirements and uploading instructions for their Video submission ("Video"). Video must be a minimum of 1 minute in length, but may not exceed 9 minutes and 59 seconds. The video cannot contain any sexual or vulgar content or any content deemed lewd or offensive in Sponsors' sole discretion and must comply with the stupidvideos terms of service at http://www.stupidvideos.com/tos/. All Videos must be submitted no later than 11:59 P.M. (CT) on February 4, 2008 or 4:59 PM (GMT) on February 5, 2008. UPDATE: Submissions will be accepted until March 4th 2008 or until 4:59 PM (GMT) on March 5, 2008. Videos must be in the format indicated on the site and all Videos must meet the submission rules and terms of use on the site. Any entry not in compliance with the above will be disqualified. Any form of entry other than as described herein is void. There is no limit on the number of entries per participant, as long as each entry submitted is unique. Entries will not be returned and Sponsors will not acknowledge receipt of entries. If you are submitting a Video which depicts other people beside yourself (or your child you may be entering on behalf of), you must obtain written permission from those people. By entering, you and the people depicted in your Video agree to waive any rights you or they may have to the Video submitted.

- JUDGING ROUNDS AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:
Round 1 (The 100): Beginning 12:01 A.M. CT Zone in the United States on February 5, 2008, or 5:01 A.M. GMT on February 6, 2008, and ending at 11:59 P.M. CT on February 9, 2008 or 4:59 A.M. GMT on February 10, 2008 ("Round 1"), viewers who visit www.StupidVideos.com will have the opportunity to view the entrants' submissions and give a high rating for their favorite "They Call Me Crazy" video. The Judges will consider the numbers of views the overall rating, among other judging criteria, to rank this round. This round will produce the top 100, subject to the discretion of the Judges, which will go on to Round 2. In the event of a tie in Round 1, Judges will make the final determination as to the entries that will proceed to the next Round from among all tied Videos.
Round 2 (The 50): Beginning 12:01 A.M. CT Zone in the United States on February 12, 2008, or 5:01 A.M. GMT on February 13, 2008, and ending at 11:59 P.M. CT on February 16, 2008 or 4:59 A.M. GMT on February 17, 2008 ("Round 2"), viewers who visit www.StupidVideos.com will have the opportunity to view the entrants' submissions and give a high rating for their favorite "They Call Me Crazy" video. The Judges will consider the numbers of views the overall rating, among other judging criteria in their sole discretion, to rank this round. This round will produce the top 50 which will go on to Round 3. In the event of a tie in Round 2, Judges will make the final determination as to the entries that will proceed to the next Round from among all tied Videos.
Round 3 (The 25): Beginning 12:01 A.M. CT Zone in the United States on February 19, 2008, or 5:01 A.M. GMT on February 20, 2008, and ending at 11:59 P.M. CT on February 23, 2008 or 4:59 A.M. GMT on February 24, 2008 ("Round 3"), viewers who visit www.StupidVideos.com will have the opportunity to view the entrants' submissions and give a high rating for their favorite "They Call Me Crazy" video. The Judges will consider the numbers of views the overall rating, among other judging criteria in their sole discretion, to rank this round. This round will produce the top 25 which will go on to Round 3. In the event of a tie in Round 2, Judges will make the final determination as to the entries that will proceed to the next Round from among all tied Videos.
Round 4 (The Final 10): Beginning 12:01 A.M. CT Zone in the United States on February 26, 2008, or 5:01 A.M. GMT on February 27, 2008, and ending at 11:59 P.M. CT on March 2, 2008 or 4:59 A.M. GMT on March 3, 2008 ("Round 4"), viewers who visit www.StupidVideos.com will have the opportunity to view the entrants' submissions and give a high rating for their favorite "They Call Me Crazy" video. The Judges will consider the numbers of views the overall rating, among other judging criteria in their sole discretion, to rank this round. This round will produce the top 10 which will determine the top 10 winners in order from first to tenth. In the event of a tie in Round 4, Sponsors will make the final determination as to the entries that will make up the top 10 and the order of the top 10.
Judging : The Contest will be judged by the following panel of judges (subject to their availability): Dan Balan (Producer/Songwriter), James Egge (CEO, Jaeter Corporation), Erik Carlson (CFO, Jaeter Corporation), Jeremy Calcamuggio (CTO, Jaeter Corporation), Bryon Digianfilippo (Executive Producer/General Manager, StupidVideos.com), Benjamin Crutcher (Content Editor, StupidVideos.com) and Timothy Hahn (Content Editor, StupidVideos.com) Judging to determine the winners of any given round will be based on number of views, overall rating, and the following judging criteria: Creativity/Uniqueness of idea (50%); Quality of Execution (25%); and Production Quality/Acting Ability (25%). In the event of a tie in the Judging Round, all tied Videos will be re-judged based solely on Creativity/Uniqueness of idea. Winners will be notified on or about March 12, 2008.
Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and determination of an alternate winner. Any potential winner who cannot be contacted within 15 days of attempted first notification will forfeit his/her prize. Potential prize winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Assignment of Rights and Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) within 30 days following the date of first attempted notification. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification and determination of an alternate winner. No substitution of prize is offered and no transfer of prize is permitted (except at the Sponsors' sole discretion).
- 6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, country, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. All taxes, as applicable, are each winner's sole responsibility. All persons, by participating in the Contest agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which shall be final and binding. The Contest (and the awarding of prizes) is expressly contingent upon a sufficient number of eligible entries being received by the Sponsors, as determined by the Sponsors in their sole discretion. The Sponsors and Sponsor Affiliates are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or filed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Contest. The Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of the Sponsors and determine the top 10 selected entries from all entries received prior to cancellation, if any. By entering the Contest, entrant (on behalf of him/herself and his/her child if entering on child's behalf) also grants the Sponsors and Sponsor Affiliates the right to use entry information and Video for marketing purposes to the extent permitted by law, and releases Sponsors and Sponsor Affiliates from any claims or liability relating to such use. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for, and winners consent to, Sponsors and Sponsor Affiliates to use a winner's name and/or likeness and entry/Video for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree to hold Sponsors and Sponsor Affiliates harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Contest and/or use or acceptance of any prize won. Sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Contest or in the announcement of the prize. A participant may be prohibited from participating in this Contest if, in the Sponsors' sole discretion, they reasonably believe that the participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other participants, the Sponsors or associated agencies. Participants agree that these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the state of Minnesota, USA and submit to its jurisdiction. Entrants certify that their entry is original and that they are the sole and exclusive owner of the submitted entry) and that they have the right to submit the Entry in the Contest. Each participant agrees not to submit any Entry that: (1) infringes on any 3rd party proprietary, intellectual property personal rights or other rights, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, trade secret or confidentiality obligation; or (2) otherwise violates applicable law in any countries in the world. Entrants (and their child if entering on behalf on him/her) acknowledge that they give and grant to Sponsors and Sponsor Affiliates, a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, edit, transmit, post, publish and broadcast the Video, in whole or in part, including any excerpts, in any form of media now known or hereafter developed for any purpose, including without limitation, the advertising, marketing and promotion of Sponsors or StupidVideos.com. Furthermore, entrants agree that the foregoing license shall be nonexclusive except entrants give and grant to Sponsors and StupidVideos.com, the exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, publish and broadcast the Video through all forms of television, including but not limited to cable, satellite, and industrial. Sponsors may disqualify previously published Videos or those that have won previous awards or competitions. Entrants agree to provide any required releases from anyone appearing in the Video other than themselves or their child. Caution: Any attempt by a contestant to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent of the law. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
