Johnson took home a silver medal in the first ever WX Skiing Slopestyle comp. He followed that up by winning the big air at the '02 U.S. Open in Vail, CO, with a bio 1260 opposite mute. C.R. was also nominated for Male Skier of the Year at the 2002 ESPN Action Sports and Music Awards.
