The Fat-Attacker Factor of Facts: I'm convinced a primary aspect of most peoples inability to lesson the fat content on their bodies is due to an as-yet undetected factor that must be addressed *first* in order to see long-term results that stick. No other fat loss or weight management program is attacking this factor, nor even beginning to address it except in the most remotest of ways, and at best very indirect ways. Researchers are now beginning to put the theory together, and I myself have used this theory to prove to myself that it is likely highly accurate, and can and will help a great many people struggling with their weight. It's not a big mystery; it's simply not a factor that is directly addressed. It's my opinion that once this factor is dealt with in an effort to achieve an optimal state of well being, fat simply has a very difficult time finding a place to stick itself on your body. Add to this approach a re-training of our blood glucose/insulin response, and the proper diet according to your metabolic (and perhaps blood) type, and we have a success system that can work for almost everyone!
Forget about being "balanced" for now. Having a fat-free body DOES require that we put more effort in specific directions and changes of lifestyles to get there. I experienced it first hand when I became very sick a few years ago, and had to teach myself how to get better, since doctors were pretty much useless (I went through six months of painful hell and six different doctors, none of which could help). A side benefit on my road to recovery was finding this body with basically NO fat on it anywhere; and I've been able to maintain it this way for over two years now, with NO fluctuations!
I am a life-long independent researcher. I am devoted to finding answers that work both for myself and the greatest number of people possible. I have spent literally years and countless expenses to get here. Having lost everything at one point, almost including my life, it has become my life passion to help humanity and co-create health and joy. What I have to offer is not found anywhere else in one place, and I will present "secrets" to health that the establishment absolutely does not want me to discuss. You will understand why. Not even the famous author who discusses 'Cures "They" Don't Want You to Know About' does not venture down the roads that I do. My information will be powerful, is largely unknown, and if I have my way...will garner national and perhaps world-wide attention.

I don't put stock in weights and measures, but since I've been asked, my bodyfat tends to average around 7.3%, and this seems to be sufficient for what my body requires to perform optimally as well as maintain a lean appearance.
