Well, we disagree, but thank you for being tactful and polite, I appreciate that. Of course, this is a site of user content, and its not against the law to be a Christian yet, so I represent myself as I am. Since you contacted me about this, please let me pose a short couple questions.
Just from a logical point of view, putting all creation, historical and archaeological evidence aside, there are not many people who would claim to know everything there is to know about everything in the universe. From the understanding I have of atheist beliefs you believe \"there is no God\".
Since not many people would not believe they even know half of everything there is to know, isn\'t it possible that God exists in the more than half of everything you do not know? If I and multitudes of others are right about God and what He has written for us in the Bible, the decision to trust Him as your savior is the decision that will decide whether you exist forever in torment in a place called hell or in bliss in a place called heaven.
If you are right, when we die we are wormfood and cease to exist. If that was true, I spent my life trying to please a god who didn\'t exist, but lived a life trying to help others, be a good Dad to my kids and teach characteristics like truth, working hard, being faithful etc. So if you are right, then my life was not wasted.
BUT
If I am right, you will live forever in regret.
Wouldn\'t I be a terrible person is I didn\'t try to warn people of the disaster that awaits them if they do not let Christ pay the penalty for their sin?
I will not bother you anymore about this, but trusting Jesus as your Savior is an all win situation for you, He did all the work. All you have to do is believe he died on the cross for you, ask him to be your savior, and He will come in a be a part of your life. He wants us to have a good life. And a great afterlife.
