I own ICON Performance Sports & Fitness Training Studio in Birmingham, Alabama. I am one of the lucky few who has turned his passion into his career. I love what I do and I do what I love. I spend every waking hour working on some aspect of the business or training. The hours are brutal but I love every bit of it.

Favorite Music:	rave, urban, progressive, house, trance, dance, etc. Any music with a heavy beat/bass that has loads of energy to it.
Favorite Movies:	typical guy movies - action, adventure, training, sci-fi, fantasy
Favorite TV Shows:	dont get to watch much TV. Lots of hours at the gym. I do follow 24, Battlestar Galactica on DVD.
Interests:	mainly my powerlifting is the main activity outside my gym. I spend hours training, researching, and eating for my climb back to upper level strength athlete status. Other than that, I spend time working on my gym business, enjoying movies and working on the web version of my training business.
