"What if God was a tree, a strong one with a tall solid trunk and sturdy branches along with lush green leaves to give it beauty? What if I stood at the bottom of this tree and I looked up at the tall branches and I saw the beauty of one more step, but fear kept me from my travel. I ask myself why I hesitate to climb, and it’s my fear, my fear to let go of the pride and reputation that I so foolishly built upon my sand. God looks down and he tells me of the wonders that await me if I so choose to venture to the further branches, tails of peace and of satisfaction, and of a higher view. The view being of life and of trial by fire, such wisdom awaits for those who climb says the Lord. But those who climb half heartedly and that climb for purposes as to take pictures, an image that can last so they are not bound to stay in the high branches, they will fall. So I tell you child, climb with the ambition and mission in your sole as to reach the high branches so that you may experience my love and fire. Come, I will help you climb." MB
