Neo 1 Step derives from traditional tumbling, yogic and martial arts. It was created out of a passion for the liberating quality of motion. Neo 1 Step leverages the cycle of action practiced in traditional martial arts; that is, there is always a starting position - followed by fluid action - and an eventual return back to center.

The objective is to aid in the healing of the psyche and to bring about wholeness. The program will help even your mind using your body as a portal. Your mind and your body are cooperative partners as you perform the sequences of postures, drills, maneuvers and stunts.

The more present you are in every breath and in every action, the more truthful the moment becomes. Pain is offset by presence.
