Well hello there SV,

Never one to wield the mighty power of a ban hammer without a warning, i thought I would take a time out to issue a proclamation of sorts.

If you're uploading marketing videos to our site, stop. Don't do it for us. Do it for your children. Do it for your computer's shelf life. Do it for your dog. Do it for me. I've been banning fools for the last hour.

Here's a breakdown of what has caused me to ban about 1000 users:

Accounts named after and uploading videos to sell you plans for building a garage with an apartment on top. WTH?

People who upload 2000 videos about traveling to Phuket. Phuk that.

Webcam girl accounts. This is 2012. If our users wanted to see porn, it's about 10 keystrokes away, it's free and it actually resembles something a boy or a girl would WANT to see.

Videos detailing different orthodontists in the orlando area and how pain free your visit will be. I don't even live in Orlando.

Promotional videos for an electrician company cut in a romantic fashion with rose pedals flowing over images of dudes soldering stuff. Actually, we kept that one in the system as it was so ridiculous.


seriously. who the hell is responsible for this nonsense?

Who are you people? In what crazy world is it worth your time to make these videos? No one is watching them. No one wants to watch them. How are you making money doing this?!? Apparently you've stumbled upon some sort of "make money at home" scheme whose brilliance is rivaled by none other. It's your duty to share those secrets with the world.

I suggest going to kinkos, print out some flyers and nail them to telephone poles. You should be a millionaire in no time.
