I got '94 Winchester in Big Bore .375...sweet!
I inherited it from my step-Mom's passed away dad, never been fired, bought in 1981 from JC Penny's with 2 boxes of ammo. The reciept says it cost $275 and the ammo went for $13.95.
The gun would catch anywhere from $600-$850 on GunBroker.com.

The guy got it for hunting bear up in Alaska when he lived there!!
I am not allowed to dell it unless it is in the family, and the ammo is really high- about $45 a box!!

our local team really sucks!!!!! and has for several years! The coach we had up until this year was too old and tried to run the same offensive line he ran in high school back in the 60's...they don't work any more. But it ain't all the coaching staff's problem or fault, they have newer staff and made some changes, but there just isn't any talent and probably won't be for a few more years!
Texas Tech and OU? yeah good stuff right there, since I am originally from Louisiana, I am an LSU fan at heart, but I am more a boxing fan!

mini-14...next to their 10-22 it's the "funnest" long gun Ruger makes, I think!

None of the guns shown in that line up are mine (I wish!) The guy I went shooting with owns them and many others.
The Mini-14 is a poor-man's M1-A or M-14. It shoots the .223 and only gun sales people don't like them! The are great for anything out to 100 yards but after that they are so-so. I have never had a problem with them and have seen some nice ones, the one in the picture is beautiful, no synthetics, all wood and blued steel. Real nice!

OK, Mini-14 (correct)--Some Black Powder Rifle (Wrong---it's a 1873 Springfield Trapdoor in 45-70) all others are correct--the last one was the carbine for the Russian Mossin...good job, and no, you cannot have any!
If I can't have em, you can't!

Between the 2 of us we had over $20,000 worth of guns!!
I sighted in my AR-15, blew away some targets with my AK-47 and got to shoot a Springfiled Model 1873 "Trapdoor" an Inland M1 Carbine, an M1-Garand, Mini-14, a wide variety of handguns, a 1932 Russian Mosin Nagant rifle in 7.62 by 54 and it's carbine sister of the same caliber--and boy did they kick!!

we do shoot some old muskets and flint locks, but our vintage is normalle WWI and WWII stuff...1903 Springfields, M1a1 Carbines, M1 Garands, M1a's, Ar-15, 1911 colts...oh yeah, we have a springfiled trapdoor and some older cowboy type guns...fun times ahead!!

The day is here!!
On Friday, the 8th,m I finally ought my Colt AR-15 (M6601C)
for $1100, plus a case of ammo and another 500 rounds of AK ammo for our labor day shoot coming up!
