Throughout my life I have been a physical fitness trainer who always promotes good health. I am currently retired here in Naples Florida where I reside with my lovely wife and two dogs. We enjoy a well balance of our diet and fitness levels to help us live long and strong which has always been important to us. Everyday we walk a couple miles a day each morning on the beach. It's very relaxing and keeps us feeling great! I use a full body cleanse to help keep me healthy. With the body cleansing detoxify my body and it helps almost immediately!
