I\'ll tell you why we celebrate easter. Well, we\'ve all done bad stuff, and we all deserve to die and be punished. But God came to earth as a man and he lived his life and he did nothing wrong. He was put to death though. He suffered everything we deserve to go through in death and hell. He took it in our place. Therefore, now we don\'t have to go to hell. If we ask him, Jesus, to come into our hearts and forgive us of our sins we can go to heaven. HE loves us very much. A great part of the easter story is that he died but on the third day he rose again! So if we repent of our wrongdoings and ask him to be our Lord we can live with him who loves us more than anyone else (even more that your mom and dad) forever
