You truly are an inspiration for having survived such a hellacious event, and i have even more respect for you now than i did before. It is interesting to hear how much sports really helped, because as an outsider i really wondered how much it really did, and you know how much of a die hard fan i am. What an amazing story. A perfect way to begin the day. My first thought was how tragic that was and that someone had really screwed up in the flight towers. The terror in your voice, the helplessness, the shock, everything any parent should never have to experience. Our line of communication was gone. For the first time in my life i could not protect my child. We are all reminded every day of every year of that day. My prayers and thoughts go to all the families that were not as lucky as i was and i can only pray that someday this world of ours can live in peace. Michael, i love you with all my heart and am so thankful that i get to say that to you every single day. My cousin and his girlfriend had already left, so it was just me and my girlfriend. Which in a way was nice, getting to enjoy the beautiful weather and a peaceful walk through quaint houses just as the twilight was dwindling. Until that was nearly ruined.
