Hope for Javier (www.hopeforjavier.org) was initially established to raise awareness of the fatal disease Duchenne Muscular Dystropy. As we are in a race against time to save our son, another goal of ours is fundraising for Charley's Fund (www.charleysfund.org), which directs funds into the hands of researchers whose sole aim is to find a treatment or cure for this fatal disease, with our hope that it comes in time to save Javier.
