I will be uploading an exercise video with more exercises soon. It will include a Total Gym, (like Chuck Norris uses; no twisters please). I always use two 5 pound dumbbells and only do few reps when I do stiff-legged deadlifts to protect my lower back. I forgot to add Jack Lalanne's hand and single dumbbell side-bends which can be seen at jacklalanne.com. I also forgot to add a Bum stretch.
